Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Istanbul

Meeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel by A/C coach. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 02: City Tour

Open buffet breakfast at the hotel. Full day city tour starting with Sultan Ahmet Square, the heart of Istanbul from where the Byzantine and Ottoman Empires were ruled. You will visit Hippodrome, center of sportive events and political activities of old Istanbul.

Serpentine Column, Obelisk of Theodosius and German Fountain are the monuments decorating Hippodrome. Then tour will continue with visiting Sultan Ahmet Mosque (Blue Mosque) with famous blue Iznik tiles with unique 6 minarets, built in the name of Sultan Ahmet. Before you have lunch you will visit Topkapi Place. It’s imperial residence of Ottoman Sultans exhibiting sacred Islamic relics, Chinese porcelain, weapons and calligraphy. Lunch will be taken in luxury restaurant.

After have lunch you will be visiting St. Sophia, one of the greatest marvels of architecture, constructed as a basilica in the 6th century by Emperor Justinian. Istanbul city tour ends with Grand Covered Bazaar for shopping. Nearly 4000 shops are selling carpets, antiques, leather, jewellery, gold and souvenir in Grand Covered Bazaar.

Day 03: Leisure

Open buffet breakfast at hotel. Free day for leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04: Suleymaniye Mosque / Bosphorus Tour

Tour starting with Suleymaniye Mosque, masterpiece of Sinan, the chief architect of Ottoman Empire, built in the name of Suleyman The Magnificent. After that, transfer to pier for Bosphorus tour. Bosphorus Tour, through waterway seperating the two continents, Europe and Asia with a possibility to take photographs of marble palaces, ancient wooden villas of Ottoman architecture besides modern residentials and luxurious apartments.

Lunch at restaurant with a perfect view of Istanbul and Bosphorus. Tour ends with visit the Spice Bazaar (Egyptian Bazaar), mystical smells of different aromas of various spices. Shops selling fruits, vegetables, flowers, fish etc. Transfer back to the hotel.

Day 05: Antalya

Open buffet breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, transfer to the airport for flight to Antalya. Meeting at the Antalya airport and transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Antalya.

Day 06: Kursunlu Waterfalls

Tour starts with a visit to Kursunlu Waterfalls where nature displays its beauties. Then, moving to Duden Waterfalls which offers an excellent view while having lunch. A visit to Antalya Museum to feel the extraordinary atmosphere of ancient world lying from Stone Age to the Ottoman Age.

Tour ends with a visit to the Old Town (Kaleici) to have a panaoramic view of Ottoman houses and Broken Minaret that is part of a mosque, was once used as a church during 5th century.

Day 07: Leisure

Open buffet breakfast at the hotel. Free for leisure. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Antalya.

Day 08: Departure

Open buffet breakfast at hotel in Antalya. After breakfast, pick the group up from hotel to Antalya Airport for final departure.
