For confirmation of the package by Saraogi Nepal Travel Pvt Ltd, Advance payment must be received within 24 hours after confirmation of package. Then you follow the payment policy.  Otherwise your all confirmed package and voucher send by us through mail will be cancelled and you have to pay the cancellation charge.

Payment Policy:  Inbound:

·         Package Confirmation 25%

·        Balance amount should be made 15 days of confirmation.

·        Short time booking 100% payment. [within 10 days]  

.        The Service voucher will apply after full payment.

Cancellation Policy:

·         After Confirmation           =  25 % of rate

·        Within 15 to 20 days       =  50% of rate

·         Less than 10 Days         =  100%

.         Air tickets cancellation as per airlines rules + 25% Service  Charge

Payment Policy:  Outbound

·         Clear Balance amount 30 days of before Depature.

·         Short time booking 100% payment. [Within 30 days]  

.         The Service voucher will apply after full payment.

Cancellation Policy:

·         After Confirmation           =  50 % of package rate

·         Less than 15 Days         =  100%

.         Visa fee after apply         =   Non refundable

.         Air tickets cancellation as per airlines rules + 20% Service Charge

Importance Note:

              ·         The packages will be valid till ……….. month + 2017  after this kindly contact us.

              ·         The above rate can change as per Hotel, Transportation & Air fare or the management & Govt. policy.

              ·         You will confirm the package after confirmation with Saraogi Nepal, Kathmandu.

              ·         The vehicle is for point-to-point travel with fix time and not at disposal.

              ·         All sightseeing is subject to weather & political conditions in the destination.

              ·         It is mandatory to carry a valid photo Passport with validity of 6 month / Voter ID card for Indian   

                        Nationality.

              ·         The hotel confirmed will be as mentioned or an alternate hotel of similar category.

              ·         Electric supply is restricted due to shortage Please co-operate with the hotel on it.

              ·         Check in at the hotels is at 1 pm and & Check out time is 10 to 12 Am as per Hotels.

              .         If Guest flies from India, then make N.O.C. latter [Self] with Nepal govt.

Ø  Air Tickets Photo copy

Ø  Hotel Voucher/ Travel agent Voucher.

Ø  Address list and list of important contacts or numbers.

Ø  Photocopies of important documents in case they are stolen.

Ø  List of important number in India and Nepal (On Paper)
